The Website

The first project we worked on was a simple front end website. This project helped us understand the products, and learn more about the Credit Report industry.

The Customer Service Application

Once we finish the initial project, we got started on the Customer Service Application. Brainstorming, sketches, and sample screens where created. As a web 2.0 application, we started from the outside in and focused on user experience first. What did the CSR (Customer Service Represented) need to be able to see on the screen? What did they need to be able to do? Pretty soon, we realized that we had created what is today a great looking and, much more important, beautifully functional customer service application.

The Product Delivery Application

As soon as we had the customer service application finished, we moved onto integration with third party and credit bureaus. We called this project, the Product Delivery Application. Working with big companies is never easy but we have always kept this project in simple levels. We have always been able to work directly with management and the integration process went smoothly and without major problems. We are not going to sit here and tell you that it was a peace of cake to integrate such a big amount of data but our programmers are greatly skilled and even with a few bumps on the road, the integration portion of this system was completed.

Moving along, we had to create and integrate the front end Order Forms with the product Delivery Application as well as the Billing System. This was no easy task as we had to consider the End User and again, utilize web 2.0 design strategies to layout user friendly order forms and the product’s delivery process.
